Rakesh S. Bhardwaj 

Rakesh S. Bhardwaj is an industrialist who is widely traveled person with experience in business and industry over 23 years. He is a Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University . He was appointed as Managing Director of Bhagawati Gases Limited w.e.f. 1-7-1989.Since then he is looking after day-to-day affairs of the Company under the supervision of Board of Directors. During his tenure business of the Company increased to a great extent and the Company received letter of intent from HCL for the installation of an oxygen gas plant with a capacity of 170 TPD at Khetrinagar (Rajasthan). He is also a director of Bhagawati International Limited; Bhagawati Combat Systems Limited; Bhagawati Heavy Equipments Maintenance and Services Private Limited; Bhagawati Steel Private Limited; Lavino Portfolios Private Limited and Kumud-Shachi Trading Private Limited.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR  

Vivek Sharma- Vivek Sharma is a Commerce Graduate having more than 10 years experience in International Trading. He is a widely traveled person and represents many conglomerates for various items in the Domestic as well as International Market. Apart from Bhagawati Gases Limited; he is also a director of Bhagawati Combat Systems Limited; Bhagawati Steel Private Limited; Lavino Portfolios Private Limited and Kumud-Shachi Trading Private Limited.  

NON- EXECUTIVE AND INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS  

Dr. G. Mukherjee  

Dr. G. Mukherjee is a graduate from Calcutta university and obtained Bachelor of Engineering degree in metallurgical in 1950.He also obtained INDO-German fellowship and received Doctorate of engineering from Technical University Aachen, Germany in 1956.He joined SAIL and then retired as vice chairman of the company in 1986.He was director in Hindustan Steel Limited and SAIL ,MECON, Nuclear Fuel Company, Hindustan Zinc Limited etc, also connected with the research activity in National Metallurgical Laboratory ,National Fuel Research Institute etc. Obtained various award like National Metallurgical Day Award, etc. Presently he is also a director of Bhilai Roadway (I) Limited. 

Sitaram Ramaprasad

Sitaram Ramaprasad is retired Captain from Indian Navy. He is also awardee of Vishisht Seva Medal(VSM) by the President of India for his contribution to weapon guidance and control systems for the Navy. Experience in the Indian Navy: Deputy Director General of Weapons & Electronics Systems Establishments, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi . He has designed, programmed and integrated algorithms for guidance and control of wire-guided torpedoes for use in SSK submarines. He simulated the SUT torpedoes and integrated with the training system. He has implemented several modules for training/software Support System at Singer Librascope, USA . Experience outside Indian Navy: Submarine Combat System-under development, Radar Simulator-under development, Automatic Contact motion Analysis algorithms. He is also a director of Bhagawati Combat Systems Limited, Paramhansa System & Software Private Limited and Kaptron Private Limited.
